BM6PN-1X/05A2-12/P4-5

The BM6PN-1X/05A2-12/P4-5 manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series. It channels hydraulic pressure and return flow to multiple directional valves within a single bar manifold body. A parallel, normal flow circuit supplies each station independently, limiting pressure loss during simultaneous operation. Nominal size 6 (D03) supports standard NG6 valve housings, and the CETOP 03 mounting interface aligns bolt holes for swift attachment. The ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern matches industry seal plates, while 2.13 in valve spacing keeps the assembly compact on machine frames. An included mounting kit furnishes the studs and seals required for immediate installation.

Five stations are provided so that up to five directional valves can share one block and reduce external plumbing. A pressure isolation section between stations 4 and 5 separates the P line, allowing downstream valves to be serviced without depressurizing the earlier stages. This targeted isolation preserves productivity elsewhere in the circuit. Ports follow style 12 and are cut with SAE straight-thread connections in the normal flow orientation, making hose selection simple in North American plants. Uniform SAE threads across all pressure, tank, and work ports standardize assembly torque and spare-parts stocking. These features combine to deliver equal pressure to every valve position while maintaining straightforward maintenance access.
