The BM6PN-1X/05A2-12/P2-3 manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series. It serves as the distribution base for stackable D03 directional or pressure valves in hydraulic automation circuits. The block uses a parallel, normal flow circuit so each station receives pump flow directly for independent operation. Its body is machined from Aluminum 6061-T6 to combine light weight with adequate tensile strength for mobile or stationary systems. The design withstands a maximum operating pressure of 3000 psi, allowing it to handle common industrial pump ratings without distortion. A D03 (NG6) valve interface size is provided to accept standard subplate-mounted valves and maintain interchangeability across equipment.
