The BM6PN-1X/04D2-12RCR manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series and is intended to host directional valves in hydraulic automation systems. It is cast from ductile iron grade 65-45-12 so the body withstands mechanical stress, and its 5000 psi pressure rating supports high-pressure circuits. A parallel circuit layout feeds each station from the same supply line, while a normal flow path keeps pressure, tank, and work passages in their standard positions. The block provides four valve stations, allowing multiple functions to be combined on one subplate. Each station follows the D03 size 6 mounting pattern, and the 2.13 in spacing between stations maintains clearance for valve housings and fittings.
The pressure and tank ports use 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads to connect main pump and return lines, and the A and B work ports are threaded 3/4-16 SAE-8 to route flow to actuators. A gauge port sized 9/16-18 SAE-6 lets technicians read system pressure without extra hardware. All external interfaces share the SAE threaded code 12 format, simplifying adapter selection during installation. The manifold mounts to machinery through 5/16-18 holes that are 0.60 in deep, and each valve is clamped by 10-24 screws engaging 0.45 in of thread to resist loosening under vibration. An internal cavity accepts a Rexroth DBDS6 RCR relief valve so overpressure protection can be added without remote piping. These porting and attachment details complete the functional features of the manifold block.
