The BM6PN-1X/04D2-12RCI manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series. It forms the hydraulic core where directional valves are grouped and supplied from a shared pressure line. The block is machined from ductile iron grade 65-45-12, providing the tensile strength required for systems that operate up to 5000 psi. A parallel flow circuit distributes pressure evenly, so each of the four stations receives the same supply without internal flow priority. Each station accepts a D03 interface in accordance with ISO 4401-03-02, allowing standard size 6 directional valves to be installed. The stations are separated by a valve spacing of 2.13 in to keep coil housings clear of one another, and valves are secured by 10-24 UNC mounting screws. These attributes make the block suitable for compact control manifolds where multiple actuators must be driven independently from a single pressure source.

Connection points follow SAE threaded practice to simplify hose selection and reduce leakage paths. Pressure and tank lines use a 7/8-14 (SAE-10) thread, while the A and B work ports are threaded 3/4-16 (SAE-8) to match common cylinder fittings. A 9/16-18 (SAE-6) gauge port lets technicians monitor system pressure without altering the main flow. All ports conform to style 12, and the porting standard is SAE only, which eliminates cross-standard adapters. The manifold is drilled for P, T, A, B, and GA flow paths so each station can route pressure, return, and gauge functions through the block. An Industry Common 10-2 relief cavity is provided, allowing a cartridge relief valve to protect the assembly from over-pressure events. The housing attaches to a machine frame with 5/16-18 UNC manifold mounting threads, completing a rigid installation that maintains alignment between valve sub-plates and external plumbing.
