BM6PN-1X/04D2-12/P2-3

The BM6PN-1X/04D2-12/P2-3 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. The block groups directional control valves to distribute flow in hydraulic automation setups. It provides four stations so multiple valve sections can be tied to a single pressure and return gallery. The assembly follows a parallel circuit arrangement, letting each station receive normal flow without affecting adjacent sections. Directional valves mount on an ISO 4401-03-02 (D03) interface, and the stations are positioned 2.13 in apart to fit standard subplate hardware. Pressure A and B lines leave the manifold through NPT threads defined as Style D2, simplifying connection to common pipe fittings.

Pressure supply and tank returns connect through SAE-12 ports that use a 1-1/16-12 UN thread, allowing full flow to the gallery. Two gauge ports labeled GA and GB are provided so system pressure can be read on both service lines. The block incorporates pressure isolation situated between stations 2 and 3 to let a downstream section be serviced while upstream valves stay energized. This isolation is implemented as an internal pressure break rather than a flow divider. A mounting kit is included so the manifold can be fastened directly to a machine frame without additional brackets.
