The BM6PN-1X/04D2-12/P1-2 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. Designed for centralized hydraulic automation, the block distributes fluid to several directional valves while maintaining uniform supply. It is machined from ductile iron grade 65-45-12, a material selected to withstand mechanical stress at high pressure. A parallel, normal-flow circuit routes pump flow evenly so each station receives the same pressure. The unit accommodates four stations, and the 2.13 in spacing keeps valve bodies separate enough for tool access. A mounting interface sized to D03 (size 6) accepts standard directional valves without adapters. Rated for 5000 psi, the manifold supports high-pressure mobile and industrial systems without deformation or leakage.
The porting arrangement follows style 12, meaning every connection uses an SAE straight thread to simplify tube fittings. Work lines connect through A and B ports threaded 3/4-16 SAE-8, while the pump and return lines attach to P and T ports threaded 7/8-14 SAE-10, providing larger flow paths for main circuit flow. A gauge port labeled Ga is threaded 9/16-18 SAE-6 so technicians can install a pressure transducer or test gauge. Each directional valve is secured by 10-24 UNC x 0.50 in deep mounting taps. The block itself fastens to a sub-plate or machine frame via 5/16-18 UNC x 0.45 in deep manifold mounting taps, creating a rigid installation.
