The BM6PN-1X/04D2-12 manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth in the BM Manifold Blocks series. It routes hydraulic flow to multiple directional control valves within parallel, normal flow circuits for compact machine automation. The body is cast from ductile iron grade 65-45-12, giving strength to handle up to 5000 psi system pressure. Four stations are provided so that four size D03 directional valves can be mounted on a single base. All working ports use SAE threaded connections, and the A and B work lines are tapped 3/4-16 SAE-8 to match typical cylinder hoses. The mounting interface follows D03 (size 6) dimensions, ensuring interchangeability with standard industrial valve stacks.
The pressure (P) and tank (T) passages terminate in 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads, while the auxiliary gauge port is machined at 9/16-18 SAE-6 to allow direct installation of pressure instruments. Each valve station is secured by 10-24 screws tightened into 0.50-inch deep threads, and the spacing between adjacent valve pads is 2.13 inches so coils and plumbing clear without interference. The block fastens to machine frames through 5/16-18 bolts engaging 0.45-inch deep manifold mounting threads, supplying rigid support under dynamic load. By combining these dimensional features, the manifold maintains orderly pipe runs, minimizes leak points, and streamlines maintenance in hydraulic power units.
