The BM6PN-1X/03D2-12RCR manifold block is part of the BM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth and routes pressure, return, and work flows to multiple directional valves in hydraulic automation. It provides three stations, so up to three D03 (NG6) valves can be mounted on the same body. Each station follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 pattern, and the 10-24 × 0.50 in deep valve mounting taps secure the valves in place. Center-to-center valve spacing is 2.13 in, giving adequate clearance for fittings and wiring. A port style coded as 12 (SAE) standardizes thread selection across all service and pressure connections.
The flow path inside the block is arranged in a parallel circuit that distributes inlet pressure uniformly to every station. System pressure enters and returns through 7/8-14 SAE-10 ports labeled P and T, while 3/4-16 SAE-8 work ports A and B connect each valve to actuators. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port marked GA allows a test gauge to monitor line pressure during setup or troubleshooting. For over-pressure protection, a cavity machined to accept a Rexroth DBDS6 relief cartridge is integrated into the body. Finally, 5/16-18 × 0.45 in deep manifold mounting taps let the block be fastened to a machine plate or subplate without additional brackets.
