The BM6PN-1X/03D2-12RCI manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series and directs pressurized fluid to several valve stations in automated machinery. It employs a parallel circuit so each valve receives supply and tank paths independently, which simplifies troubleshooting and allows simultaneous actuation. The flow path is classified as normal flow, meaning the P port feeds both work ports through the mounted valve without crossed passages. Its nominal size is NG6 (D03) so the interface matches standard size 6 directional valves. Three stations are provided, permitting up to three directional valves on the same block to reduce plumbing. A valve spacing of 2.13 in keeps the installed valves properly aligned for gasket sealing. The body is cast from ductile iron grade 65-45-12, giving the block high tensile strength for heavy-duty service. A maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi defines the safe operating limit, and the use of SAE port threads standardizes the fittings needed for assembly.
Inlet, outlet, and work ports are threaded to match common hydraulic fittings for straightforward installation. The P port uses a 7/8-14 SAE-10 thread to accept a high-flow inlet line, while the T port uses the same 7/8-14 SAE-10 size to provide a low-restriction return path to tank. Work ports A and B are each tapped 3/4-16 SAE-8 so cylinder or motor lines can be connected directly to the block. A dedicated Ga port with a 9/16-18 SAE-6 thread allows a pressure gauge to be fitted for circuit monitoring. The relief cavity follows the industry common 10-2 form, letting a standard screw-in relief valve protect the manifold against over-pressure. Four 5/16-18 x 0.45 in deep holes are supplied for mounting the manifold to a machine plate, and separate 10-24 x 0.50 in deep threads are provided at each station so the D03 valves can be securely fastened to the block.
