The BM6PN-1X/03D2-12/P2-3 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic power units where compact valve grouping is required. It is built from ductile iron graded 65-45-12, giving the housing strength to withstand operating pressures up to 5000 psi. The block uses a parallel normal flow circuit so every station receives the same supply pressure, and three stations are provided to host multiple directional valves in one assembly. All service openings follow the SAE threaded style; work ports A and B are 3/4-16 SAE-8 for connection to cylinder lines, while pressure and tank ports are 7/8-14 SAE-10 to accommodate the main pump and return hoses.
Pressure isolation exists between stations 2 and 3, allowing maintenance on a single valve without shutting down the entire circuit. Each station accepts a D03 (NG6) interface so standard size 6 directional cartridges can be secured with 10-24 × 0.50 in screws positioned on 2.13 in centers. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port is provided for attaching a pressure instrument, and 5/16-18 × 0.45 in manifold mounting threads fasten the block to a machine frame. The block ships with a mounting kit, eliminating separate hardware procurement and speeding installation.
