The BM6PN-1X/03D2-12/P1-2 manifold block is built by Bosch Rexroth in the BM Manifold Blocks series for assembling NG6 directional valves in hydraulic automation circuits. It routes pump flow through a parallel circuit so each valve station receives pressure independently. The block follows the D03 interface size, allowing direct mounting of standard CETOP 3 valves. Its body is machined from ductile iron grade 65-45-12, which supports continuous service at a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi. Three stations are provided for multi-function machines, and the pressure isolation option P1-2 lets a section be serviced without shutting the full manifold down. All external openings use SAE threaded ports, ensuring hose selection and sealing remain consistent with common hydraulic fittings.
Primary supply and tank connections share a 1 5/16-12 UNF (SAE-16) P/T port, while working lines use 3/4-16 UNF (SAE-8) A and B ports sized for medium-flow actuators. A 7/16-20 UNF (SAE-4) GA port accepts a test gauge for on-line pressure checks. Four 3/8-16 tapped holes secure the block to the machine frame, preventing movement under load. Valve pads are separated by 2.125 in to match standard sub-plate dimensions, and an overall station spacing of 2.13 in keeps hose routing uniform across all three stations. No relief cavity is machined into the manifold, so over-pressure control must be provided by external valves.
