The BM6PN-1X/02D2-12RCR is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series and groups directional control valves into a single body for hydraulic automation. The body is machined from ductile iron rated 65-45-12, giving the housing the strength needed for industrial service. It tolerates system pressures up to 5000 psi, allowing the manifold to operate in high-pressure circuits. A parallel normal-flow circuit feeds each station independently, avoiding pressure drop between outlets. The top face follows the D03 size-6 interface so NG6 valves bolt directly without adapters, and two stations are provided to control a pair of actuator lines. Valve pads are spaced 2.13 in apart to keep solenoid coils clear of one another. Working connections use Port Style 12 SAE threading, matching common hydraulic hose ends and simplifying maintenance.
Port and fastening details support straightforward installation. The pressure and tank passages are tapped 7/8-14 SAE-10 so full pump flow can return to reservoir without excessive velocity, while work ports A and B use 3/4-16 SAE-8 threads for standard size-8 fittings. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port lets technicians attach a test gauge for line-pressure checks during setup. The underside contains 5/16-18 UNC holes that secure the block to a mounting surface, and each directional valve fastens with 10-24 UNC screws consistent with D03 hardware. A DBDS6 cavity is provided for an integral relief cartridge that limits pressure inside the assembly. A complete mounting kit is included, supplying the bolts and seals needed to place the manifold into service without additional procurement.
