The BM6PN-1X/02D2-12/P1-2 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series by Bosch Rexroth and is used to mount directional control valves in hydraulic automation systems. It is configured in D03 size, so it accepts ISO 4401 size 6 valve interfaces while keeping the footprint compact. Two stations allow two directional valves to be installed, letting the designer share a single pressure line across paired actuators. The block routes oil with a parallel circuit, which keeps pressure drop low when multiple functions operate at once. Ductile iron rated at 65-45-12 provides strength and fracture resistance under the 5000 psi maximum working pressure. The 12 style threading ensures all ports follow the SAE straight-thread standard for reliable sealing with O-ring boss fittings. The common pressure inlet uses a 7/8-14 (SAE-10) P port so high-flow pumps can feed the manifold without restriction, and the T return shares the same 7/8-14 thread to carry oil back to tank at comparable capacity. Individual actuator work lines leave through A and B ports threaded 3/4-16 (SAE-8), matching many cylinder hose ends and maintaining balanced flow paths. A 9/16-18 (SAE-6) Ga gauge port is provided to let maintenance crews read system pressure without opening lines. The body fastens to a machine frame through 5/16-18 UNC mounting holes drilled 0.45 in deep, which hold the block steady during vibration. Together, these mounting threads and depths allow easy drop-in replacement on standardized subplates. The arrangement of port sizes and dedicated gauge access simplifies installation, minimizes adapter use, and keeps hydraulic circuitry tidy around the manifold.
