The BM10PN-1X/08A3-12/P2-3 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth and groups directional valves in hydraulic automation systems. An aluminum 6061-T6 body lowers weight and resists corrosion while retaining strength for shop floor service. The design provides eight stations so separate actuators can be supplied from a single pressure line, and a parallel circuit keeps pump flow available to each valve simultaneously. Its normal flow class identifies passage sizes suited to standard pump capacities, and pressure isolation between stations 2 and 3 limits cross-port interaction when one section is shifted under load. The block accepts D05 (size 10) valves, with 3.25 in spacing that matches common sub-plate dimensions, and 1/4-20 mounting taps cut 0.60 in deep anchor each valve without bottoming the screws.
All external connections are cut with SAE threads to match O-ring boss fittings common in mobile and industrial equipment. The pressure and tank galleries use 1-1/16-12 SAE-12 taps so high-volume lines can be attached without excessive velocity, while work ports A and B are threaded 3/4-16 SAE-8 for cylinder circuits. A gauge port bored 9/16-18 SAE-6 lets technicians monitor system pressure at the manifold face. Two 5/16-18 mounting taps, each 0.60 in deep, secure the block to a fixture or machine panel. The internal galleries are rated for 3000 psi, allowing the assembly to operate on typical industrial pump outputs without derating.
