The BM10PN-1X/06D3-12/P5-6 manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series and is intended to group directional valves in hydraulic automation systems. It is cast from ductile iron grade 65-45-12 to provide the tensile strength required for demanding duty. The housing tolerates working pressures up to 5000 psi, allowing it to operate in high-pressure mobile or industrial circuits. All connections follow the SAE threaded port style for straightforward hose or tube attachment, and internal galleries are arranged in a parallel flow circuit so each station receives full pump supply independently. Six stations are available to support multiple functions, and the 3.25 in station spacing maintains clearance for solenoid coils and wiring. The fully machined block weighs 62 lb, so mounting structures must accommodate this load during service.
A 3/4-16 SAE-8 thread is provided on the A and B work ports for cylinder or motor lines, while a 1-1/16-12 SAE-12 thread on the P and T ports connects the manifold to the pump and reservoir. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port permits pressure checks without disturbing the main lines. The valve interface follows the D05 size 10 pattern, allowing standard subplate-mounted solenoid valves to bolt directly to the surface. Each valve is fastened with 1/4-20 × 0.60 in screws, and the block itself secures to machinery through 5/16-18 × 0.60 in tapped holes. Pressure isolation between stations five and six is incorporated so the last section can be maintained or operated at a different pressure without shutting down the remainder of the circuit.
