BM10PN-1X/05A3-12

The BM10PN-1X/05A3-12 is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series. It routes hydraulic flow to multiple directional control valves in automated machinery. The manifold uses a bar configuration so installation aligns the valve stack along a single axis and simplifies mounting. A parallel circuit layout feeds each station from the same pressure gallery, allowing simultaneous operation without pressure drop across sequential positions. The block provides five stations so up to five D05 valves can be installed on one body. Nominal size 10 (D05) matches ISO 4401 mounting patterns to keep the interface consistent with standard solenoid valve hardware.

Aluminum 6061-T6 is used for the body to reduce weight and resist corrosion in industrial environments. The material is rated for 3000 psi operating pressure which allows the block to handle medium to high pressure hydraulic systems. Station spacing of 3.25 in maintains adequate clearance between valves for coil replacement and plumbing access. SAE threaded ports are provided so common tube fittings can be attached without adapters, completing a manifold that is ready for rapid integration into hydraulic automation circuits.
