The Bosch Rexroth BM10PN-1X/04A3-12RCR is part of the BM Manifold Blocks series. This aluminum 6061-T6 manifold block supports a maximum operating pressure of 3000 psi. It is designed with four stations and uses a parallel, normal flow circuit type. The valve size is D05, also known as size 10, with a valve spacing of 3.25 inches. Ports for both P and T, as well as A and B, use 1-1/16-12 SAE-12 threads, while the gauge port thread is 9/16-18 SAE-6. Valve mount threads are 1/4-20 x 0.60 inches deep, and manifold mount threads are 5/16-18 x 0.65 inches deep. The port standard follows SAE threaded Code 12 and includes a Rexroth DBDS10 relief valve cavity.
