The BM10PN-1X/03D3-05 manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the BM Manifold Blocks series. Designed to distribute pressure and return lines in automated hydraulic machinery, it is machined from ductile iron grade 65-45-12 to endure a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi. Pump flow enters through a 1 in NPT P port and exits through a matching T port, while actuator circuits connect to 3/4 in NPT A and B ports. A 1/4 in NPT gauge port permits local pressure checks without extra adapters. All hydraulic ports share the NPT thread form to maintain sealing compatibility, and the block is rated for a normal flow class suited to standard system velocities.
Internally the assembly follows a parallel circuit so each of the three stations can operate without pressure interaction. Every station is sized for an NG10 (D05) directional valve, and the 3.25 in spacing between mounting faces keeps the layout consistent across the array. Valve housings fasten with 1/4-20 UNC screws, while 3/8-16 UNC threads on the body secure the manifold to the machine frame. This combination of standardized valve size, fixed spacing, and dedicated mounting threads supports rapid installation, straightforward servicing, and stable alignment in hydraulic automation lines.
