The BM10PN-1X/03A3-12RCI manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series and groups several directional valves for hydraulic automation. It employs a parallel circuit type so each station receives full supply pressure without cross-flow effects. Normal flow classification indicates that passage diameters match standard pump outputs used in mobile and industrial machinery. Three stations are available, allowing three NG10 (ISO 4401-05, D05) valves to be mounted on a single base. Stations are separated by a valve spacing of 3.25 in, and each valve is secured by 1/4-20 threads cut 0.60 in deep. A relief cavity machined to the industry-common 10-2 RCI form is provided for pressure control inserts. The body is milled from Aluminum 6061-T6, supplying strength while keeping weight low for cabinet or machine frame installations.
All service lines follow the SAE Port Style 12 thread standard to simplify hose selection. The P, A, B, and T ports each use 1-1/16-12 SAE-12 threads, giving uniform connections for pump, actuator, and tank circuits, while an auxiliary GA port uses 9/16-18 SAE-6 threads for a gauge or pilot line. Operating pressure reaches 3000 psi when used with the specified aluminum body material. Machine mounting is handled through 5/16-18 bolts engaging 0.65 in deep manifold mounting threads to anchor the block securely. Internal passages maintain pressure integrity across every station until the relief insert opens, allowing the BM10PN-1X/03A3-12RCI to streamline circuit layout and reduce leak paths in automated hydraulic systems.
