The BM10PN-1X/01D3-05 unit is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series and forms a mounting base that routes hydraulic oil in automated machinery. The body is made of ductile iron grade 65-45-12, providing strength and fracture resistance for high-pressure circuits. A parallel circuit layout is used so each cavity receives supply pressure independently, allowing simultaneous actuation of multiple valves without pressure-drop interaction. The block is configured for normal flow, meaning inlet and return galleries follow the standard NG10 pattern for straightforward plumbing. It accepts NG10 (D05) directional control valves, aligning port geometry to this common size for quick interchange during maintenance.

The model is drilled for one station, permitting installation of a single valve when used as a standalone node. The casting is engineered to accept up to five stations, so assemblies can expand without replacing the initial section. Valve spacing of 3.25 in separates mounting faces and ensures wrench clearance during service. The block tolerates operating pressures up to 5000 psi, letting it operate in heavy-duty industrial or mobile circuits without derating.
