The BM10PH-1X/02A3-12 manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series and serves as a base for hydraulic directional valves in automated circuits. Its parallel high-flow circuit supplies each station directly from the pressure gallery to minimize flow loss. The body is machined from Aluminum 6061-T6, keeping weight low while maintaining structural integrity. This material supports a maximum working pressure of 3000 psi, fitting medium-pressure power units. Two valve stations are provided to mount D05 (size 10) valves, and a fixed valve spacing of 3.25 in preserves coil clearance and consistent plumbing geometry.
SAE threaded ports simplify hose selection; the P, A, B, and T ports all use a 1-1/16-12 straight thread that aligns with standard SAE-12 fittings. A separate Ga gauge port employs a 9/16-18 thread so a test gauge can be added without disturbing work lines. Directional valves attach with 1/4-20 screws engaging 0.60 in to achieve the required clamping load, while four 5/16-18 mounting holes cut 0.65 in deep fix the block to a machine base. The manifold is supplied with a complete mounting kit, eliminating the need to source additional hardware during installation.
