AZPN External Gear Pumps

The Bosch Rexroth AZPN External Gear Pump is a High-Performance external gear unit used to convert mechanical energy (torque and speed) into hydraulic energy (flow and pressure). The pumps operate by having a pair of gear wheels rotate within a housing. As the teeth move apart, negative pressure draws hydraulic fluid from the suction side into the gear chambers, which is then transported along the housing to the pressure side. The main function is to deliver a fixed displacement flow of hydraulic fluid, featuring slide bearings for high loading, consistently high quality, and a long service life. These pumps can handle continuous pressures up to 250 bar.
