The AZPFF-12-011/008RRR1212MB SO014 is a double-section gear pump built by Bosch Rexroth within the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series. It is intended to deliver hydraulic flow in automation circuits where compact multi-stage supply is needed. Section I displaces 11.0 cm³ per revolution and section II moves 8.0 cm³ per revolution, allowing two separate flow rates from a single drive. A maximum speed of 3500 rpm supports high throughput when engine speed is increased. The shaft is designed for clockwise rotation, so drive orientation must follow that convention. Mechanical mounting uses a two-bolt Ø82.55 mm SAE J744 82-2 flange that aligns the housing to a standard motor adapter. Both the pressure and suction ports use 7/8-14 UNF-2B threads with a 16 mm bore, simplifying hose selection and minimizing inventory differences between inlet and outlet fittings.
Each pumping section tolerates intermittent system pressures up to 280 bar, allowing short duty peaks without damaging gear or bearing surfaces. Fluid temperature can vary between −30 °C and +80 °C, expanding suitability from cold-start mobile machines to warm industrial reservoirs. NBR sealing material is fitted to resist mineral oil and maintain elasticity across that temperature span. The hydraulic medium should remain within a permitted viscosity of 12–800 mm²/s, while a narrower recommended window of 20–100 mm²/s gives the best balance of volumetric efficiency and lubrication. These limits, combined with the peak pressure rating, guide fluid selection and filtration so the pump sustains performance over its service life.
