The AZPFF-12-011/004RQR1212MB is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series and supplies pressurized flow to hydraulic automation groups. Section I displaces 11 cm³ per revolution to feed primary actuators, while section II displaces 4 cm³ per revolution for auxiliary functions. Each section tolerates up to 260 bar so the pump keeps output stable during high load events. A parallel-keyed drive shaft following SAE J744 16-1 A standards transmits torque without slip, and its 15.875 mm diameter fits common engine or motor couplings. Clockwise rotation orientation sets the correct inlet-to-outlet flow path inside the housing. The assembly handles peak speeds of 3500 rpm, enabling compact high-speed power units. An SAE-A two-bolt mounting flange with an 82.55 mm pilot positions the housing precisely on standard pump pads.
The housing provides a 7/8-14 UNF-2B inlet on section I with 16 mm thread depth to accommodate a full-bore suction hose, and a matching 7/8-14 UNF-2B outlet of equal depth directs the main discharge line. Section II uses a 9/16-18 UNF-2B inlet cut 13 mm deep to accept a smaller supply tube, while its 9/16-18 UNF-2B outlet of the same depth simplifies parallel plumbing. NBR sealing material resists mineral hydraulic oils and temperature swings, extending service life of the static joints. The rear cover is supplied without a valve, giving system designers freedom to place external relief or load-sense components where needed. These connection details and material choices ensure leak-free installation and allow the dual-section unit to integrate cleanly into mobile or stationary hydraulic circuits.
