The AZPFF-12-008/008RQR1212MB is a double-stage gear pump built by Bosch Rexroth for the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series. It provides hydraulic flow for automation systems that rely on compact external-gear units to move actuators. Stage I displacement is 8.0 cm³ per revolution, and stage II matches this value to keep both outlets balanced. Each stage tolerates intermittent pressures up to 280 bar so the pump can absorb brief load spikes common in mobile machinery. The unit turns clockwise when viewed on the shaft, ensuring compatibility with right-hand drive arrangements. A maximum speed of 4000 rpm enables high flow rates without overspeeding the gears. Torque is transmitted through a parallel keyed shaft that follows the SAE J744 16-1 A specification, giving users a standard coupling interface.
The housing attaches with an SAE J744 82.55 mm two-bolt A flange, allowing direct mounting to engines and power take-offs. The shaft diameter is 15.875 mm, and a 4 × 20 mm DIN 6885 key secures the hub to prevent slippage. NBR sealing material holds back hydraulic oil while accommodating common fluid chemistries.
