The AZPFF-11-008/008RCB2020MB gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series. It supports hydraulic automation by delivering pressurized fluid to actuators through two synchronized stages. Pump I displacement is 8.0 cm³ per revolution, setting the flow volume for each shaft turn, while a maximum operating pressure of 280 bar lets the circuit handle high load demands. A 2-bolt 101.6 mm SAE J744 101-2 front flange aligns the housing with standard motor mounts, and clockwise rotation matches common prime movers. The shaft seal is made of NBR to tolerate mineral oils, and its 17 × 30 × 7 mm size fits the drive shaft diameter to control leakage.
The second stage, pump II, shares an 8.0 cm³-per-revolution displacement so both circuits receive equal flow, and it also withstands 280 bar for independent high-pressure work. The assembly reaches up to 4000 rpm, giving a wide operating speed range. A 2-bolt 52 mm O-ring intermediate mount secures the tandem interface, while the rectangular 80 mm secondary flange supports downstream connections. M6 mounting threads with a 13 mm depth hold the unit to brackets, and a 45 × 2.5 mm O-ring seals the joint to stop air ingress. Total weight of 5.2 kg keeps installation manageable for one technician.
