The AZPFF-11-008/004LCB2020MB pump is built by Bosch Rexroth for the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series and provides pressurized oil to automated hydraulic machinery. It contains two displacement chambers rated at 8 cm³ per revolution and 4 cm³ per revolution, so separate circuits can be driven from a single prime mover. Rotation is counter-clockwise, which matches motors that output left-hand torque without additional idler gearing. A continuous pressure capability of 250 bar supports steady-state operation, while each section can withstand 280 bar during intermittent load changes. For very short peaks the housing endures up to 300 bar, giving designers extra margin when cylinders stall or directional valves shift.
A permitted speed of 4000 rpm allows the unit to reach required flow without oversizing the driving motor. The drive shaft has a 1:5 taper and is secured by a 3 × 5 mm DIN 6888 key, with an M12 × 1.5 thread provided for axial retention. Installation is carried out through a rectangular 80 mm flange that uses M6 mounting screws, so alignment with common bell housings is straightforward. Oil cleanliness must be maintained at ISO 4406 class 21/18/15 to prevent gear scoring and bearing wear. The assembly weighs 5.1 kg, which simplifies handling during service calls.
