The AZPFF-10-016/016LFB2020MB is a gear pump manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series and is intended to supply hydraulic power in automated machinery. Two pump sections are provided so parallel circuits can be fed from a single drive. Each section moves 16 cm³ of fluid per revolution, giving balanced flow from both stages. The drive shaft turns counter-clockwise, matching installations that specify left-hand rotation. A maximum speed of 3000 rpm lets the unit couple directly to high-speed electric motors without reduction gearing. A rectangular 80 mm mounting flange and M6 mounting holes 13 mm deep secure the housing to power packs while keeping alignment accurate. The 7.3 kg weight permits manual handling during service or replacement.
A square flange size 20 line connection standardizes porting with common manifold blocks and hoses. Continuous operation is supported at 250 bar, while the first section tolerates intermittent surges to 280 bar and the second section to 230 bar for short load spikes. Transient peaks up to 300 bar can be absorbed without permanent deformation of internal gears or bushings. The through-drive can transmit up to 65 Nm so additional pumps may be stacked in series on the same shaft. NBR sealing material keeps mineral hydraulic oil contained and withstands typical system temperatures and additives.
