This section can endure intermittent pressures up to 280 bar so it supports short high-load events without damage. A tapered 1:5 drive shaft, identified as Code C, simplifies direct coupling while reducing backlash in power transmission. The pump spins in a counter-clockwise direction, a layout that must match the prime mover to avoid cavitation. NBR sealing material, designated MB, contains oil within the housing and resists common hydraulic fluids at typical operating temperatures.
