The AZPFF-10-011/005RSA2020MB double gear pump is built by Bosch Rexroth as part of the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series. It supplies two separated flows for hydraulic automation where compact packaging is required. Pump I displaces 11 cm³ per revolution, delivering the main circuit with stable volume. This stage handles a continuous pressure of 250 bar and tolerates 280 bar intermittently, allowing brief overloads during rapid actuator movement. Rotation is fixed clockwise, so the drive motor must match that direction. Output torque is transferred through an M14 × 1.5 threaded shaft that fits common coupling hubs. Radial forces are carried by a Type 1 outrigger bearing with an 80 mm diameter, maintaining alignment under belt or gear drive loads. The secondary section, Pump II, contributes 5 cm³ per revolution so auxiliary functions can run from the same housing without adding a separate pump.

Installation has no position restrictions, enabling horizontal, vertical, or inverted mounting inside power units. Both pump stages use square flanges for suction and pressure ports, simplifying plumbing with identical line hardware on Pump I and Pump II. The smaller stage operates continuously at 250 bar and withstands 280 bar intermittently, giving it the same pressure capacity as the primary stage. A maximum drive speed of 3500 rpm lets designers obtain high flow rates from a modest envelope. Sealing is provided by NBR elastomers that resist common mineral hydraulic oils while retaining flexibility at typical system temperatures. The rear cover is supplied without a valve, leaving space for external pressure or flow controls when required. Together, these specifications create a dual-section gear pump that integrates easily into automation circuits where standardized ports, unrestricted orientation, and matched pressure ratings are important.
