The AZPFB-10-011/1 0RSA2002MB gear pump belongs to the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and is built to provide pressurized flow for hydraulic automation. It delivers a geometric displacement of 11.0 cm³ per revolution so circuit flow can be predicted from motor speed. A drive-shaft torque limit of 155 Nm on the 1:5 taper accommodates high input power without slipping. Clockwise rotation is mandatory, aligning the pump with prime movers set for that direction. The unit runs reliably down to 500 rpm when pressure stays below 100 bar. Continuous operation is rated at 250 bar, intermittent duty is allowed up to 280 bar, and short pressure peaks are tolerated at 300 bar.
This model functions in ambient temperatures between −30 °C and +80 °C, covering cold starts and warm industrial environments. Oil may reach 2000 mm²/s viscosity during cold start yet must not drop below 12 mm²/s in continuous service to maintain lubrication. An outrig-bearing front cover with an 80 mm diameter (Type 1) supports radial loads on the shaft. The standard rear cover is supplied without a valve, leaving pressure control to external components. NBR nitrile-rubber seals resist mineral hydraulic oil and stop leakage under the stated pressure limits.
