The AZPF-12-022RCB20KB gear pump belongs to the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies fixed-displacement flow for hydraulic automation. Its geometric displacement of 22 cm³/rev sets the volume delivered per shaft revolution for repeatable circuit behavior. Clockwise rotation matches power units designed for right-hand pumps. A SAE J744 101-2 front flange with a 101.6 mm pilot makes direct mounting to common motor adapters possible, and the rectangular line port flange eases pipe routing in compact manifolds. The pump operates continuously at 180 bar, withstands 210 bar during short overloads, and endures 230 bar pressure peaks without damage. The unit can run up to 2500 rpm at pressure stage P2 to raise flow when rapid actuator motion is required. Minimum speed is 800 rpm between 100 and 180 bar to prevent cavitation, and it can slow to 500 rpm when system pressure is below 100 bar for energy-saving standby modes. At P2 with oil viscosity of 25 mm²/s, the same 500 rpm limit maintains internal lubrication. Ambient temperature limits are −30 to +80 °C for models sealed with NBR and −20 to +110 °C for pumps using FKM, permitting use in cold stores or hot engine rooms. Standard NBR housing seals combined with an FKM shaft seal give chemical resistance and cost efficiency for mineral oil or mildly aggressive fluids.
