The AZPF-12-011RNT20MM pump is part of the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series produced by Bosch Rexroth. It supplies fixed-displacement flow in hydraulic automation where consistent volume delivery is needed to move actuators and maintain system pressure. A displacement of 11 cm³/rev defines the volume transferred with each shaft turn, establishing baseline flow calculations. Intermittent pressure capability reaches 280 bar, allowing short-duration load spikes without damage. The shaft rotates clockwise, so the housing must be oriented to match that direction of flow. HLP mineral oil according to DIN 51524 is specified as the operating fluid, ensuring lubricant compatibility with internal materials. Power is transmitted through a tang drive shaft that mates quickly with standard engine or motor couplings, and the 17 mm shaft diameter fits common spline hubs. Because the tang drive runs immersed, there is no shaft seal, which removes a potential leak point in high-cycle machinery.

The pump tolerates a cold-start viscosity up to 2000 mm²/s, so equipment can be started in low-temperature conditions without cavitation. It attaches to the power unit with a 4-bolt flange of 52 mm diameter, and a pilot of 52.9 mm centers the housing for proper gear mesh alignment. Four M10 mounting bolts apply the clamping force required to hold the body against the manifold face during pressure peaks. Fluid passages are secured with M6 threaded ports that are 13 mm deep, providing enough thread engagement for steel screws. NBR is selected for the static seals to resist mineral oil and moderate heat while keeping assembly cost low.
