The AZPF-12-008LRR12MA pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic automation circuits with fixed-displacement flow generated by its 8.0 cm³ per revolution geometry. The unit mounts with an SAE J744 82-2 A two-bolt flange front cover that aligns with common power take-off pads. Counterclockwise shaft rotation suits left-hand drive transmissions, while NBR seals maintain leakage control when operating on HLP mineral oil specified in DIN 51524. Continuous service is authorized up to 250 bar, with allowance for 280 bar intermittent cycles and 300 bar peak events when brief overloads occur.
Flow rate is controlled by speed; the pump reaches 4000 rpm at the rated outlet pressure, yet must not fall below 500 rpm when system pressure is under 100 bar, 1000 rpm within the 100–180 bar range, and 1400 rpm once pressure exceeds 180 bar. The pressure port uses a 7/8-14 UNF-2B thread machined 16 mm deep to withstand the specified loading, and the suction side shares the same thread dimension to simplify hose selection. At 3.3 kg, the assembly can be installed by a single technician without lifting equipment, making it practical for compact power packs and machinery bays.
