The AZPF-12-005RHO30KB gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series and is intended to supply pressurized fluid in hydraulic automation circuits. A displacement of 5.5 cm³ per revolution sets the flow rate delivered to downstream actuators. The unit tolerates shaft speeds up to 4000 rpm, allowing direct coupling to high-speed electric or combustion engines. Its clockwise rotation fits right-hand drive trains commonly found in mobile machinery. A maximum intermittent pressure of 280 bar lets the pump handle short pressure spikes without damage, while the h-shaft can accept up to 160 Nm of drive torque to transmit that load reliably.
The pump weighs 3.2 kg, permitting installation on light equipment frames without excessive structural reinforcement. A rectangular flange front cover with a 36.47 mm spigot diameter locates the housing precisely against a motor or bracket. Four M6 mounting holes drilled 13 mm deep secure the body and restrict movement under pulsating loads. The shaft end carries an M12 × 1.5 thread so couplings or pulleys can be fastened without additional adapters. The line connection type follows ISO 228-1 pipe thread, therefore the G 1/2 pressure port and G 3/4 suction port—each 16 mm deep—accept standard hydraulic fittings. NBR sealing throughout, complemented by an FKM shaft seal, resists common hydraulic oils and elevated temperatures to maintain leak-free service.
