The AZPF-12-005RCB20KB gear pump is part of the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies hydraulic flow to automated machinery. It delivers 5.5 cm³ of oil per revolution so actuators receive a predictable volume at every shaft turn. Rotation is clockwise, matching common motor arrangements in mobile and industrial power units. A tapered 1:5 drive shaft provides a self-centering fit that transmits torque without fretting, while the M12 × 1.5 shaft end thread secures the coupling hub. The rectangular front cover with an 80 mm flange allows rigid face mounting, and four M6 fastener threads that reach 13 mm into the housing hold the pump firmly to its bracket. Continuous working pressure is limited to 250 bar to maintain bearing life, while the unit accepts 280 bar for brief load peaks and up to 300 bar for short-duration pressure spikes. At pressures below 100 bar the pump can run at 500 rpm, but when system pressure rises to 100–180 bar the minimum speed increases to 1200 rpm to keep internal lubrication adequate; a separate limit of 700 rpm applies when fluid viscosity is 25 mm²/s at the P2 port. Sealing rings made from NBR with an SSR layer molded in FPM resist common hydraulic oils and moderate heat, preventing external leaks during long duty cycles.
