The AZPF-11-008RCB20MB gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series. It supplies pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation circuits that require compact size and stable flow. A geometric displacement of 8 cm³ per revolution defines the volume delivered each rotation. The design tolerates up to 280 bar operating pressure, enabling work under high mechanical loads. Maximum speed reaches 4000 rpm so high-efficiency motors can be coupled without overspeed risk. The drive shaft is a tapered 1:5 configuration, a ratio that specifies both the shaft type and taper for reliable torque transfer. Rotation is clockwise when viewed on the shaft end, matching the standard port arrangement. A pilot diameter of 80 mm centers the housing, and the unit weighs 3.3 kg to ease handling during assembly.

The front cover uses a rectangular flange matched to the same 80 mm pilot to provide a rigid mounting face. Mounting holes with M6 threads let the pump fasten directly to frames or adapter plates without additional brackets. The shaft body is 17 mm in diameter, giving sufficient torsional capacity for the specified pressure range. An M12×1.5 thread at the shaft end allows secure locking with standard nuts or extraction tools. An NBR seal surrounds the shaft to keep hydraulic fluid contained and to withstand typical mineral oil media at operating temperature.
