The AZPF-11-005RAB01MB gear pump is built by Bosch Rexroth as part of the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series. It delivers hydraulic power for mobile machinery and automation assemblies where a compact, fixed-displacement unit is required. The pump moves 5 cm³ of fluid per revolution, which helps produce predictable flow for proportional valve groups. A clockwise shaft direction aligns with right-hand prime movers found on standard PTO drives. Installation is simplified by a SAE J744 82-2 two-bolt mounting flange, while the ISO 228-1 pipe thread line connection designated 01 keeps port hardware compatible with common metric pipe fittings. The pressure outlet uses a G 1/2 thread cut 16 mm deep, and the suction inlet mirrors this G 1/2 size and depth so hose kits can be duplicated on both sides. The rear cover is supplied without a valve, meaning system designers must place relief or anti-cavitation functions in external manifolds.
For duty cycle limits, the pump sustains 250 bar continuously, tolerates 280 bar during intermittent loads, and accepts brief pressure peaks up to 300 bar, enabling it to handle startup shocks without damage. A maximum running speed of 4000 rpm at rated pressure lets designers generate flow using smaller drive ratios. The minimum safe speed is 1200 rpm when operating between 100 and 180 bar, drops to 500 rpm when system pressure stays below 100 bar, and is 700 rpm when viscosity is 25 mm²/s at rated pressure, so adequate hydrodynamic film is preserved across varied operating points. The specification list is rounded out by NBR sealing, which provides compatibility with standard mineral hydraulic oils and retains flexibility over common temperature ranges.
