The AZPF-11-004RNY20MB pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic circuits by converting mechanical input into a steady flow of fluid for actuators and control valves. The unit turns clockwise, so drive direction must match engine rotation. Each revolution moves 4 cm³ of oil, establishing the base flow calculation for the designer. A tang drive shaft carries torque from the prime mover while keeping coupling alignment simple. Continuous duty is permitted at 250 bar, and an NBR seal set is installed to contain pressure and resist standard hydraulic oils.
The housing mounts with a square flange coded 20, allowing direct attachment to matched manifolds. Intermittent events can reach 280 bar, while short peaks are accepted up to 300 bar for brief load spikes. Rated speed at pressure stage P2 is 4000 rpm, enabling high flow from a compact package. The shaft can transmit up to 65 Nm, linking mechanical input to the pressure and speed limits already noted. A rear cover supplied without a valve leaves circuit designers free to position external relief or check components where needed.
