The AZPF-10-022RQR20MB gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series. It moves hydraulic oil at a fixed geometric displacement of 22.5 cm³ per revolution, providing predictable flow for automation valves and cylinders. A maximum intermittent pressure of 140 bar permits service in medium-pressure circuits where brief overloads can occur. The shaft can accept up to 130 Nm of torque, allowing electric or combustion drives of moderate power to turn the gears without risk of mechanical failure. Clockwise rotational direction establishes port arrangement during system design, ensuring correct suction and pressure sides.

A minimum operating speed of 500 rpm at pressures below 100 bar keeps internal lubrication stable during low-flow cycles.
