The AZ-P-F-12-014-RDR12MA gear pump is part of the AZPF External High Performance Gear Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies hydraulic automation systems with steady flow. Its SAE J744 16-4 9T splined drive shaft conforms to the ANSI B92.1 9T 16/32 profile, and a usable spline length of 21.8 mm ensures correct engagement with the prime mover. The shaft accepts up to 110 Nm of torque, matching the loading seen in mobile and industrial machinery. A geometric displacement of 14.0 cm³ per revolution defines the volume delivered each cycle. Clockwise rotation is specified, and NBR seals are fitted for compatibility with common hydraulic oils.
Continuous operation is allowed at 250 bar, intermittent service rises to 280 bar, and short peaks may reach 300 bar. The pump can turn at 3000 rpm when running at rated pressure, while speeds should remain above 1000 rpm at 180 bar to keep internal lubrication effective. A minimum of 500 rpm is permitted when the viscosity is 25 mm²/s at P2, and the same 500 rpm limit applies when system pressure is below 100 bar. Inlet conditions accept absolute suction pressures from 0.7 bar to 3 bar to prevent cavitation and seal overload.
