The AZ-M-F-12-019-UQR12ML SO030 motor is produced by Bosch Rexroth and forms part of the AZMF External Gear Motors series. It drives hydraulic actuators by converting mechanical input into a fixed delivery of fluid, suited for compact automation circuits. A geometric displacement of 19 cm³ per revolution defines the volume moved each shaft rotation and sets expected flow rates at given speeds. Mineral-oil hydraulic fluids specified by DIN/ISO standards are supported, permitting integration with common power units. The motor remains efficient when fluid viscosity stays between a permitted minimum of 12 mm²/s and a continuous maximum of 800 mm²/s, while start-up is possible at viscosities up to 2000 mm²/s for cold-start operation. Reliable motion is maintained down to a shaft speed of 500 rpm, allowing slow-moving equipment to function without flow pulsation. The drain port is arranged axially, simplifying hose routing in installations where radial space is limited.

Contamination control is addressed by a cleanliness requirement of ISO 4406 class 19/16, which limits particle counts to protect the gears and bushings from abrasive wear. A filter with a beta 20 ratio of 75 meets this requirement by capturing at least 98.7 % of particles 20 µm and larger before they reach the motor inlet. NBR seals are fitted to resist mineral oil and to maintain leakage tightness across the specified temperature band. The unit tolerates ambient conditions from –30 °C to 80 °C, enabling outdoor service in cold starts and high-temperature engine compartments. Fluid temperature may also rise to 80 °C without impairing material strength or volumetric efficiency, provided viscosity remains within the permitted range previously noted. These environmental limits, together with the earlier displacement and speed values, define a stable operating window that ensures consistent hydraulic output throughout demanding mobile or industrial duty cycles.
