The AZ-M-F-12-019-UQR12ML-S0018 motor is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the AZMF External Gear Motors series. It converts shaft power into hydraulic flow for automation circuits in mobile and stationary equipment. The motor accepts universal direction of rotation so it can be driven clockwise or counter-clockwise without internal changes. A displacement of 19.0 cm³ per revolution defines the flow rate delivered at a given speed. Continuous operation begins at a minimum speed of 500 min-1, allowing stable performance in low-rpm regimes. Mineral oil conforming to DIN/ISO standards is specified as the working fluid, with allowable temperature reaching 80 °C, and cold-start viscosity may be as high as 2000 mm²/s.

During normal running, viscosity must not exceed 800 mm²/s to maintain film strength and limit friction losses. System cleanliness has to meet ISO 4406 class 19/16 so internal clearances remain free of abrasive wear. A filter with a beta ratio of 75 at 20 µm is prescribed to reach that cleanliness level. The rear cover is equipped with an axial drain oil connection, providing a direct path for case drain flow. Sealing surfaces rely on NBR material to contain pressure while tolerating the specified fluid and temperature range. These characteristics combine to support consistent torque delivery across both rotational directions without requiring additional accessories.
