ABM6PN-1X/08D2-01GM

The ABM6PN-1X/08D2-01GM is a manifold block from the ABM Manifold Blocks series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation that distributes pressure to multiple directional valves. It uses a parallel circuit with normal flow so all connected valves receive the same supply pressure without flow priority. Eight stations are provided, letting a single block support several actuators while keeping piping compact. The block is classified as size 6 (D03), matching common directional valve sizes for predictable flow rates. Valve spacing is 2.13 in, leaving enough clearance for solenoids and wiring between adjacent valves. The ISO 4401-03-02 (D03) mounting pattern aligns each station with standardized port geometry, and metric mounting taps allow direct fastening with metric screws, reducing hardware variation in international machinery.

The body is made from ductile iron grade 65-45-12, giving high tensile strength and good impact resistance for demanding industrial cycles.
