The ABM6PN-1X/07D2-01GM manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the ABM Manifold Blocks series and directs hydraulic flow for automated machinery. The body is cast from ductile iron grade 65-45-12 to withstand demanding service, and in this form it weighs 74 lb. It follows the NG6 (D03) mounting pattern and arranges seven stations so multiple directional valves can be stacked on a single base. Internal passages are configured for parallel, normal flow, ensuring each station receives full pump pressure. Valve pads are separated by 2.125 in, and every valve secures with M5 × 0.50 screws to maintain uniform clamping across the assembly.
Pump and tank lines attach on the underside because the P and T ports are bottom-ported and threaded 1 BSPP for high-flow plumbing. Work ports A and B are drilled to 1/2 BSPP, while a 1/4 BSPP gauge port allows direct pressure checks during commissioning or maintenance. The housing includes M10 metric taps so the block can be bolted firmly to a machine frame. All galleries are designed for continuous operation at up to 5000 psi, giving adequate margin for high-pressure circuits in industrial or mobile equipment.
