The ABM6PN-1X/06D2-01GM manifold block belongs to the ABM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth and routes hydraulic flow in automated systems. The body is cast from ductile iron 65-45-12 to withstand a maximum working pressure of 5000 psi. Internal galleries follow a parallel, normal flow circuit so several valve stations can operate together. Six stations are present, each machined to the D03 size 6 mounting pattern with M5 x 0.50 threads and spaced 2.125 in apart for consistent valve placement. All ports follow the BSPP thread standard, and the manifold includes an M10 x 0.75 mounting thread for secure attachment.
For line connections, the A and B work ports are threaded 1/2 BSPP, while the pressure and tank ports use 1 BSPP and are located on the bottom face to suit vertical stack assemblies. Two diagnostic ports labeled GA and GB are drilled 1/4 BSPP to accept standard pressure gauges. Four mounting holes hold the block to a panel, yet a mounting kit is not included. These interfaces allow the manifold to integrate cleanly into compact hydraulic power units.
