The ABM6PN-1X/03D2-01GM manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the ABM Manifold Blocks series and serves as the mounting base in hydraulic automation systems. Its ductile iron 65-45-12 body resists mechanical stress, and the 34 lb mass stabilizes the block under load. A parallel, normal flow circuit routes pump oil to each station independently, supporting uncomplicated troubleshooting and modification. Three valve stations allow multiple actuators to be controlled from a single pressure source. Each station accepts D03 (NG6) directional valves, and a center spacing of 2.125 in keeps the bolt pattern consistent. Valves are fastened with M5 screws driven to a 0.50 in depth, delivering firm clamping without intruding into the flow passages.
The manifold withstands operating pressures up to 5000 psi, permitting use in high-pressure hydraulic loops. Pump and tank ports are threaded 1 BSPP to handle the main flow, while the A and B service ports use 1/2 BSPP threads to fit standard hose connections. Gauge ports labeled GA and GB give access for pressure monitoring, and each gauge point is tapped 1/4 BSPP for common test fittings. The block is secured to a mounting surface through M10 holes with 0.75 in thread depth, keeping the assembly rigid during operation. All threaded interfaces observe the BSPP standard, ensuring uniform sealing hardware across every connection.
