The ABM6PN-1X/01D2-01GM is produced by Bosch Rexroth in the ABM Manifold Blocks series. It forms the mounting interface for a single D03 directional valve in hydraulic automation systems where controlled distribution of pressure and return lines is required. The unit is built in size 6 (D03) and offers one station, so it accommodates one valve module in a compact footprint. Flow paths are arranged in parallel, allowing normal flow that feeds each work section independently without internal series restrictions. The pressure and tank passages are located on the bottom face, and the corresponding P and T ports use 1 BSPP threads to ease pipe routing along a sub-plate layout. Cylinder lines A and B are tapped at 1/2 BSPP, which suits medium-flow actuators while maintaining a consistent British Standard Parallel Pipe interface. All threaded connections follow the BSPP (G) standard to simplify selection of fittings across the installation.

Ductile iron graded 65-45-12 is used for the body, supplying tensile strength and impact resistance needed for continuous service up to 5000 psi. Two M10 × 0.75 mounting taps are provided on the manifold body so the block can be fixed securely to a machine frame or panel, while separate M5 × 0.50 taps align the valve to the top surface without additional brackets. Pressure monitoring is supported by gauge ports GA and GB, each tapped at 1/4 BSPP to let technicians connect instruments on either side of the valve. These features combine to create a rigid, high-pressure sub-plate that anchors components firmly and presents dedicated measurement points for commissioning and maintenance.
