The ABM10PN-1X/05D3-01GM manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the ABM Manifold Blocks series to distribute pressure and return flow in hydraulic automation systems. It accepts directional control valves through an ISO 4401-05 (CETOP D05/NG10) mounting interface so the block can be integrated with standard NG10 components. A parallel, normal-flow circuit keeps pressure supply common to each station while allowing independent actuation. Five stations are arranged on a 3.75 in center-to-center pitch, giving a compact footprint when multiple valves are required. The pressure (P) and tank (T) passages are bottom-ported, and each uses a 1 BSPP thread to support high-volume flow into and out of the manifold without restrictive adapters.
Service connections run across the face of the block for branch lines. Work ports A and B are each tapped 1/2 BSPP, allowing mid-size cylinder or motor lines to be attached directly. Two gauge ports labeled GA and GB are provided for pressure monitoring, and both use a 1/4 BSPP thread so standard test fittings can be installed. The casting is secured to the machine frame with M10 × 0.75 manifold mounting threads, while individual valves are fastened with M5 × 0.50 screws to maintain sealing integrity under load. Together, these threaded interfaces and dedicated gauge locations simplify installation, routine diagnostics, and maintenance of the hydraulic circuit.
