The ABM10PN-1X/04D3-12G manifold block belongs to the ABM Manifold Blocks series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation systems. It offers a nominal size 10 (D05) mounting face and directs oil through a parallel, normal-flow circuit so each station receives full supply pressure. All ports follow SAE thread standards; the A and B service ports are tapped 1-1/16-12 (SAE-12), while the P and T supply and return ports are tapped 1-5/16-12 (SAE-16) to handle larger flow rates. Two pressure test points labeled GA and GB are provided with 7/16-20 (SAE-4) threads for easy gauge connection during setup or diagnostics. The block supports four stations, allowing the installation of up to four directional valves, and keeps components on a 3.75 in centerline for consistent spacing across the assembly.
The body is machined either from 6061-T6 aluminum rated for 3000 psi or from 65-45-12 ductile iron rated for 5000 psi, giving users a balance between weight and pressure capability. Manifold mounting threads are cut to 3/8-16 × 0.75 in, and the mounting taps use the UNC form so standard inch hardware can be applied without adapters. Full-length clamping is achieved with 3/8 in socket-head cap screws that pass through the stack, distributing load evenly across all sections. Individual valves are secured with 1/4-20 × 0.60 in screws that fit the dedicated pattern, and these fasteners can be removed quickly when a valve requires service, helping reduce downtime while maintaining reliable joint integrity.
